The radically contemporary offices located on Grout Street offer a unique alternative to the established style of office. The bold formatic approach with the smooth rounded corner makes for a welcoming building, combined with the abundant use of natural materials such as timber and stone throughout the entirety of the building. The unique form combined with the other facades allows for privacy for the occupants from the surrounding site, but still allows for natural daylighting to occur deep within the floorplate.
